Choosing the right hotel can be overwhelming, but this one truly exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect! Surrounded by tons of stores, great food options, and just a short distance from the Financial Centre. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were insanely comfortable (honestly, some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling!). The staff was consistently excellent and kind throughout our entire stay. They also offer free breakfast, which was such a great perk even though we didn’t get a chance to try it due to our schedule. As someone who’s traveled frequently for concerts, I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’ll definitely be returning!

Stayed here Jan 30th room was clean and fresh, staff were helpful recommend staying if you are in the area and need a room for the night.

The service alone at this hotel was stellar! But I digress. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, this hotel was amazing. We wished we had just stayed here instead of trying to move closer to the hospital for the rest of the stay. The room was spacious and the beds were so soft, you were lulled off to Dreamland within minutes, pending you hadn't slept half of the day already. The only downside of the room was the carpet, but that's a personal choice. Breakfast was great and the coffee stayed fresh. If the attendant wasn't the manager, she deserved to be. When we made a request, she did her best to accommodate us. The selection for breakfasts was the standard fare, but the fact that the attendant kept it fresh was amazing. Normally at hotels that try to wait until the food is darn near out. Not here; they were on point with the refills. If I had to be stuck anywhere during a snow storm I can honestly say, I'm very glad it was here.

I can’t recommend this hotel more. When I need to travel to Sugar Land, I stay here. It’s easy access to the Memorial Hermann hospital, grocery stores, and some light shopping. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and their breakfast has plenty of options for everyone. I’ve never had a problem with any of my stays and will definitely be back!

This is an older hotel and the rooms have that very weird floor plan of a toilet in one room and the shower in another. Staff were super friendly.

Very nice hotel! All the staff were wonderful and the hotel was clean. I booked a suite so that my kiddo could sleep on the couch bed. It had a couch that turned into a daybed with a trundle underneath. Super neat but unbelievably uncomfortable. If it would’ve had a better couch bed it would get 5 stars!

Consistent Enjoyable Stay ! Repeated Stays...repeated Great Conditions ! Yes, have tried other Hotels in the direct area. Have also, always, read reviews. The Joy of travel is finding that dependable Go To...Spot...to Rest ! Whether a Regular stay for Family visits or a release after Good and Bad business trips....this Location has been Solid. Take the Poor critics, the sad complaints, the Never Happy people as just that....Never looking to improve or find Good lodgings ! This is a Great Stop...for those of Us...that enjoy such Location multiple times. T. Iglehart
